This course will enable you to develop advanced skills in Hypnotherapy for Weight Management, with a toolkit which is diverse enough to accommodate each client's individual requirements. The course incorporates a variety of techniques, which my clients have reported to give the desired, successful outcomes. You will also learn all you need to work with groups, so you can begin running your own Hypnosis Weight Management Groups immediately.

• Food and Drink Diary for use with your Clients
• How to determine the most effective techniques and suggestions for each client
• Identifying your Client's triggers for unhealthy eating behaviours
• About body image and how it influences eating habits
• NLP techniques to use in your Weight Loss sessions
• The 12 critical steps to successful and lasting weight loss
• When and how to use Aversive techniques
• Addressing specific 'addictions' (e.g. chocolate)
• Working with Groups - 6 session format, complete with all session outlines, scripts and between-session assignments

On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded the Certificate in Hypnotherapy for Weight Management and the entitlement to use the designating letters CHWM after your name.
