About Relationships
From the very beginning of our lives, we start to form relationships with others, such as parents, brothers, sisters, other family members and carers. We continue doing so through childhood with friends and teachers and through our adult lives with new friends, colleagues and partners. Relationships bring meaning and happiness and have a great deal of positive influence on our lives.
However, relationships can also be a cause of problems in our lives, if there's a lack of communication and understanding, if they are unhealthy or have a negative influence, if they seem not what we really want or we feel like we are drifting apart, or we want to be in a relationship but lack the confidence or struggle to find the right one.
