Parts Therapy is based on the concept that we have several parts to our personality, each with its own function to help us achieve certain things, such as enjoyment, relaxation and good health. Sometimes these parts pull us in opposite directions, causing inner conflict, for example how many times have you heard clients say “Part of me wants to....but another part of me wants to....”? Parts Therapy is very effective for helping clients resolve inner conflict which is preventing them from reaching their goals. It can be used to treat many different issues, with lasting results and is therefore a valuable addition to your Hypnotherapist toolkit. On this course, you will gain a thorough understanding of Parts Therapy to enable you to begin using it confidently in everyday practice.
